Fire Damage Repair San Diego, California

This loss was a fire that started in one of the two bedrooms. There was a fair amount of fire damage and a significant amount of smoke damage. As a result the entire unit was demoed down to the studs, thoroughly cleaned and treated for smoke damage, old lumber was then sealed before any repairs began. Once the clean up was complete we met Statefarm insurance at the loss to begin working on the rebuild phase. The repairs for this included new electrical throughout due to code upgrade and fire damage, we raised the ceiling height to 9ft, new HVAC system, custom Oak cabinets, upgraded bathroom tile and vanity and we installed cedal paneling on all ceilings and most walls.

This project turned out so well the owners have us on other properties doing building upgrades!
