Chula Vista, San Diego, CA, Water and Mold Remediation

The damage in this Chula Vista home was caused by a pipe leak in the kitchen that made its way into the living room space.  Water traveled from the sink and dishwasher area causing damage to cabinets, drywall & flooring. All these areas had to be removed to perform the dry out.   As flooring was being removed in the kitchen, our Mitigation Team discovered mold.  In order for the remediation to be performed properly, our Contents Team was called in to pack out all the larger items for safe storage.  Work was continued an and completed without issue. Our Repairs Team was able to install flooring, cabinets and hang drywall as scheduled and get the owners back into their beautiful residence.
