Downtown San Diego, Water Damage Repair

Water Damage had traveled from a pipe leak in the upstairs neighboring unit to the residence below.  Our Mitigation Crew had to open walls in the bathroom to remove wet drywall and insulation to sanitize. Drying equipment was strategically set up and left to run for a few days. The team would be monitoring throughout the process to measure moisture levels and ensure optimal drying time.  Once the area was dried out properly, our Repairs Team was able to hang drywall, texture and paint.
