La Jolla, Ca, Fire Damage and Repair

Our Emergency Crew was called out to this La Jolla home on a Friday night. A fire had occurred causing smoke damage and the sprinkler system to go off affecting three, two-story units. The team proceeded to board-up the broken windows and set equipment to begin the drying process. Our Contents Team was able to come in and package up all the owner’s contents for safe storage, allowing our team to begin the remediation process. After removing affected drywall, carpets, counter tops and tile, we were able to sanitize and ozone the areas. Once the home was free of all smoke odor, our Repairs Team was able to begin the build-back with beautiful new finishes.
