Water Damage and Repairs in La Playa, San Diego

This stunning Bay Side condo experienced water damage to the kitchen ceiling, common wall between their living room and kitchen, and laminate flooring. The drywall was completely saturated in most of the damaged areas and showing an orange stain in ceiling. The residence had been vacant for a period of time leaving the damage a bit more extensive. After removal of the wet drywall, the Emergency Service Team was able to find small amounts of standing water below the osmosis filter under the sink. The owners had experienced a crack in the side of one of the filter canisters a few weeks prior. It was repaired but had seemed to be leaking again. Once all affected material was removed and the source was fixed it was time for the Repair Crew to put back the open areas. Upon completion the condo was back to great condition and ready to the family.
