San Diego Water Leak and Repair

When the homeowners woke up in the middle of the night to find water in multiple locations of their home, they sprang into action. They spent some time mopping up the water, but knew it was best to call us out to make sure none of the drywall had gotten wet. It was a good thing they did because upon arrival moisture readings revealed multiple areas where water had gotten into the drywall. We immediately began the demo/dry out process to prevent any further moisture damage to the walls. We were able to successfully remove all the homeowner’s contents, demo the bottom of the drywall that was wet and repair the damage. We left this home looking completely put back together and as dry as ever. Always remember that when it comes to the possibility of wet walls, its best to get a professional out as soon as possible.
