Water Damage was caused by a shower valve that broke in an upstairs Master Bathroom shower. The water had traveled underneath the tile affecting the wall in between the shower and tub. The water also leaked downwards and caused damaged to the ceiling in the guest bedroom downstairs. In order to dry out the areas properly our crews had to remove drywall in the bathroom and cut out a section of the downstairs ceiling. They created an air duct to ensure the air flow was being directed to the affected areas in need of treatment, allowing optimal drying. After the dry out process was successfully completed, our Repair Team came in to hang drywall in both areas, texture and paint.
