Sink Supply Line Leak in La Jolla, CA

The last thing any homeowner wants to worry about on vacation is their home flooding, but that is exactly what this La Jolla couple had to deal with. A supply line broke under their kitchen sink and flooded their entire downstairs with 2” of water. They immediately called us and we assessed the damages, packed out all of their items and began the process to get their home back to normal. We set up a number of different machines to dry out the sitting water as well as enclosed the space so the upstairs would not be affected by the high moisture levels. Once the dry-out was complete and the repairs were done, we worked to move back the homeowner’s items. As unexpected and inconvenient this circumstance was for these homeowners, they were able to return to their home and enjoy a fresh new look.
