Water Damage Cleanup in Oceanside CA

We received a call during the early heavy rains of January/February 2024; the homeowner let us know the roof started leaking in the entryway from the rains. They have high vaulted ceilings, and the water is dripping from the ceiling down the wall and coming through the window. The Homeowner had towels soaking it up the water. They also have solar panels above this area, but the solar company said their warranty was only for one year, and they got it eight years ago. They have a contractor friend who has a referral for a roofer. We encouraged the homeowner to contact that referral so that more damage does not occur. We assisted with the dry-out and removal of the affected materials on the ceiling and around the window.
