Water Damage Repair in Rancho Bernardo, CA

The independent property manager for this home called in a loss. She told our team there was a flood in the home that she believes came from the toilet, but she is unsure. The Independent property manager said the flood affected many areas of the house, including the bathroom, hallway, and multiple bedrooms. There is some carpet in the bedrooms that is wet. It also got to the foundation. We let them know we could get a crew out there ASAP to get an assessment, determine the next steps, and give a price for extraction, which was needed. We arrived onsite and began drying the home and removing the affected materials that would not dry. We then started the repair stage; our team was able to go out to measure and begin work to bring the home back to pre-loss condition.
