Water Damage Repairs, 4S Ranch, San Diego

A crack in the fire sprinkler line caused extreme damage to this 4S Ranch home as water was spraying consistently for 10 minutes.  The Kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, walk in closet, and a hallway were all drenched. Our Emergency Service Team arrived and began extracting the water and set up drying equipment.  We had to lift carpet and pad as well as sanitize the damaged areas.  The Baseboards had to be removed, and drywall in those rooms had to be cut in order to dry the areas out properly. Once the home was dry, our Repair Team was able to come in and install insulation and hang drywall.  They also reinstalled the kitchen cabinets, the baseboards and casings.  New tile was put into the bathroom and carpet was replaced.
