Water Damage Restoration, El Cajon

A broken toilet supply line caused water damage to flooring, baseboards and drywall in the bathroom and hallway. Our EMS Team removed the toilet, laminate flooring and baseboards before setting the proper equipment. The drywall tested positive for asbestos, which required an abatement to take place. After abatement was successfully concluded and air clearance testing was completed our team was able to finalize the drying process. Upon completion of the mitigation phase, our contents crew was able to carefully pack out the homeowner’s belongings and place in our warehouse vaults for safe storage. With the contents out of the area our Repair Team was able to begin restoring the affected areas. Once our Repair Team finished the painting, flooring and baseboard installation the contents crew began the process of the move back. All the homeowner’ belongings were brought back and set up in their designated areas throughout the home.
