This homeowner was in the process of selling, when an unexpected discovery happened during the home inspection. They discovered a bathtub drain backup causing water to seep through the ceiling and run down the wall of the laundry room below. The owner’s real estate agent advised him to make an appointment with one our estimators to inspect the damage. Our emergency services estimator met with the homeowner’s realtor, and the very next day our mitigation team arrived onsite to remove the affected drywall and cabinets. Once the removal of the affected items was complete, our Mitigation Team set the appropriate drying equipment to ensure the most efficient dry time. Upon completion of the dry-out, our Repairs Team took over, installing drywall, baseboards, custom-built cabinetry, as well as repainting all affected walls and baseboards. The homeowner was extremely pleased with the results and was ready to show off his fully restored home to potential buyers!
