Water Heater Leak Water Damage in El Cajon, CA

Our Emergency Crew was requested by a property management company. The unit’s water heater leaked, which damaged the walls and flooring in the water heater closet, but it also leaked onto the floor in the hallway. After the initial inspection, we found that there were also elevated levels of moisture under the flooring in the kitchen. We assisted in the removal of the flooring and the drying of both the kitchen and the water heater closet. We moved the occupant’s belongings so as not to damage them and complete the repairs to their unit.
