Water Heater Pipe Burst, Fairbanks Ranch, San Diego

A truck caught fire in the parking lot next to the building and spread to the building. Our team was dispatched to meet with the building property manager, and the insurance adjuster to go over the next steps. The fire department was on site still putting out any source that could lead to more flames. We assisted with cleaning the water left by the fire department, drying it out, assisting with the repairs and permitting with the city, and getting electrical repairs needed for the rebuild.
