Water Mold Damage Repair, Linda Vista, San Diego, CA

A hot water pipe leak occurred in the crawlspace underneath this Linda Vista home causing both water and mold damage to throughout the structure.   The water had caused heavy mold growth on the crawlspace framing and under three rooms of the home.  After testing came back positive for Asbestos, abatement took place in the bathroom to remove walls and flooring. The home also needed the floors in all three bedrooms to be removed in order to remediate the mold damage.   Once all of the demolition was completed and areas were dry, our Repair Team came in to hang new drywall, paint, and install new flooring.  Leaving our customers finally feeling back to normal!
