We got a call from the homeowner letting us know that their shower pan had been leaking. While removing some of the drywall, they discovered black mold and noticed the corner bead was rusted. Wanting to make sure the mold was properly taken care of, they asked us to come take a look. We got out to the property as soon as we could, assessed the situation, and got started on the work right away. After removing all of the affected areas, we began repairs to restore everything and make it look as good as new.
