Water Damage Dry Out in University City, 92122

We received a call from a property manager. He said the homeowner has used us in the past. The unit above the pipe leaked to the exterior of the homeowner’s unit. The water built up and went into the living room. The pipe had been clamped off and was repaired the same day. We arrived on site to assist in the removal of the affected materials and set up our equipment to sanitize and dry out the rest of the affected area. We are currently assisting in the repairs.
