We received a call from a property manager, the HOA was performing work on a communal line and the unit had a washer and dryer installed. The plumber who was installing the machines did not check for a leak in the lines, once the machine was turned on the home flooded. We assisted in the clean-up, demolition, and repairs needed to bring the unit back to pre-loss conditions.
