This Serra Mesa residence is one we have worked in before due to water damage in the master bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the home experienced another water loss that required restoration throughout the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room and hallway. The homeowners decided they would like to change the layout of kitchen, update the bathroom as well as make upgrades to wiring and heating.
