In this North Park residence, the water damage suffered was caused by a copper pipe leak, causing the bedroom ceiling to bubble and destroy the carpet along with the carpet pad. Our Mitigation Team went into moisture map the affected areas and identified the source causing the major issues. After the discovery was made the team removed all the affected material and placed the proper equipment to begin the drying process. Once the drying process was completed, our Repairs Team took detailed measurements the affected area, came up with game plan and got to work on the reconstruction process.
