Supply Line Leak Water Damage in Rancho Bernardo

The customer came home from vacation with running water coming down for the ceiling. They immediately called Christian Brothers. We arrive on site and extracted all the standing water. The leak came the the supply line in the attic. The affected areas were the kitchen/dining room, living room, hallway and master bedroom. The walls, ceiling and flooring were all affected in the rooms. After the removal of all the wet drywall and flooring, the proper drying equipment was set. After everything was dry, the repair teams hung, textured, and painted the drywall. All the effected contents were cleaned and put back in their original place by the contents team.
