Water Damage Dry Out and Repair Escondido, California

This loss was due to a leak in the refrigerator line, which affected the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The home was built in 1984, we had it tested for asbestos, and the results came back negative. Once we received the test results, we were clear to start the demo right away. We removed the affected walls, base, flooring, cabinetry, and set equipment to help dry-out the affected areas. Once all demo was complete, our repair manager was sent out to measure for repairs. The homeowner’s original floors were discontinued so the insurance approved to pay for all new flooring, not just what was wet/removed, which made her even more happy! We worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of properly and in a timely manner, from start to finish. In the end, the homeowner was extremely happy and said her home looked even better than before the loss happened, and is going to refer us to everyone she knows!
