Damage to this home was initially caused by a Slab leak found by the homeowner, unfortunately the customer also experienced a water heater leak the very next day. The services for this customer included Water Damage Restoration, Contents Packing as well as the Home Repairs. The affected areas consisted of three closets, an office area, one bedroom, including the bedroom closet, the kitchen, and the dining room. Our Contents Team was able to pack up and transport all of the owner’s belongings to the garage for safe storage. This allowed our Mitigation Team to remove all flooring and affected drywall to perform the dry out process. Upon completion, our Repair Team was able to come in and restore the damaged areas and get the owners back to pre-loss condition!
