An Ice Maker Supply line in the refrigerator failed. There was damage to the kitchen area and water had gotten behind a few of the appliances (Stove, Dishwasher and Refrigerator). The walls and cabinets in the kitchen needed removal, the dining room wood floors, needed to be pulled up as well as demolition in downstairs garage. Our Mitigation Team ensured the other areas of the home remained unaffected by setting up a plastic containment, keeping the debris at bay. After the removal and dry out process were completed, our Repairs Team installed new insulation, drywall, flooring & cabinets.
