Repairs For Mold Damage From Supply Line Leak, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego

The homeowner of this unit called us in to complete the repairs for mold damage caused by a supply line leak because they were impressed by the work we had already performed in the neighboring unit. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backsplash tile all had to be replaced in the kitchen. The bamboo flooring throughout the home had to be removed and replaced. Because the flooring was glued down, concrete grinding was performed between removal and replacement phases. Our Contents crew came to pack out the home for the flooring removal, and they performed a move-back once the flooring was replaced and affected walls had been painted. The homeowner is thrilled to have their home back to pre-loss condition!
