Clairemont San Diego, Water Damage Repair

The Water Damage in this home was caused by a toilet overflow.  This immediately affected the carpet & laminate flooring in the bathroom and hallway.  The damage extended to the entry, two bedrooms, and a closet.  Our Water Damage Technicians had to remove the laminate flooring, tile, and carpet to perform the mitigation and sanitation.  Due to the extent of damage, our Pack Out Crew came in to pack up furniture and belongings in order to have the space to work & properly dry the affected areas of the home.  We packed up some larger items to store in our warehouse until the home was back to normal.  We also shifted some items into the non-affected parts of the home so our customers could still have access during the project.  After our Repair team hung new drywall, painted and installed new flooring, we returned the items back to the home and placed them accordingly.
