Water Damage and Repair in Normal Heights, CA

The Property owner called in; his tenant left the kitchen faucet running and left the home for the day to come home and find the home flooded. Our project manager was on site the next day to assess the damage to the home. The following Monday, we were scheduled to begin removing the affected materials, Drywall, baseboards, cabinets, and flooring, and set up drying equipment for the framing. The mitigation ran smoothly; next was the repair stage. Repairs were completed, and we were able to get the tenants back into the home and the home back to pre-loss status.
