We received a call from a property manager who had a unit that’s kitchen sink back up, a plumber was on site clearing the back up and we dispatched our emergency crew to go assist. We assisted with the cleanup, and demolition of the affected materials, opening the walls and taking up the flooring to help dry the moisture that had seeped into the materials.
