Reason For The Project
There was 6 inches of standing water in the family room, resulting of a landscape irrigation pipe break under the house. The water then came through the wall and flooded the family room, affecting the flooring & drywall. A Christian Brothers extracted all the water. Our certified technicians cut the damage drywall and took out the carpet and pad. They sanitized the affected area and set the proper drying equipment. The Christian Brothers repair team came out and installed the drywall, painted and put in new carpet.
